At MESS NYC, we’re all about getting your style to you as fast and hassle‑free as possible.
We know the excitement of receiving your new streetwear drop, so we make sure every order is shipped quickly, securely, and with care.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the USA:

Standard / Ground Shipping: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays, including:

New Year’s Day – January 1
Thanksgiving Day – Last Thursday in November
Christmas Day – December 25
